Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use ADRITHM to create, publish, or promote content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Promotes violence, harassment, or illegal activity
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or extremism
- Impersonates or falsely represents someone
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Exploits minors in any way
- Spreads misinformation or election fraud conspiracy
- Facilitates financial fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
WhatsApp Specific Rules
WhatsApp strictly prohibits unsolicited bulk messaging. If you use ADRITHM to send WhatsApp campaigns, you must:
- Only message opted-in numbers — Phone numbers must have explicitly consented to receive messages from you
- Maintain an opt-out mechanism — Recipients must be able to stop receiving messages from you
- Not send unsolicited marketing — No cold messages to random numbers or purchased lists
- Respect WhatsApp Business API ToS — Violations can result in account suspension by Meta
The approval gate applies to WhatsApp too. Every message template must be reviewed and approved before launching a WhatsApp campaign. This is recorded and auditable.
Enforcement
If you violate this policy, we may take action in this order:

| 3 | Account suspension | If restrictions don't resolve |
| 4 | Account termination | For repeated violations |
| 5 | Referral to law enforcement | If illegal activity involved |
