Agreement to Terms
By using ADRITHM, you agree to these Terms of Service. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.
The Service
ADRITHM is a software platform that helps you plan, generate, launch, and measure digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and WhatsApp. You provide content; we use AI to generate creative variations and optimize delivery.
ADRITHM is provided "as is" with no warranties about performance, uptime, or results. Using ADRITHM does not guarantee advertising success.

Plans renew automatically. Free plan is indefinite; Starter/Pro renew monthly unless cancelled. Enterprise pricing set by signed MSA.
Your Responsibility for Advertising
You are responsible for all advertising you create and publish:
- Truthfulness: All claims and facts are true and substantiated
- Legal compliance: Your ads comply with applicable law, the ASCI Code, and platform policies
- Rights: You have rights to all creative assets and have obtained consents needed
- Approval: Every AI-generated asset is reviewed and approved by a human before publication
- Sector compliance: Regulated categories (finance, healthcare) follow sector rules
If your advertising violates these terms, we may hold content, restrict features, suspend your account, or terminate without refund.
AI Output
You own the output generated from your inputs. But ownership doesn't equal protectability. AI output can contain factual errors, similarity to existing work, or bias. It's a starting point. You must review it, fact-check it, and take responsibility for what you publish.
Liability limit: Our total liability to you is limited to 12 months of fees you've paid. We're not liable for lost profits, advertising spend, regulatory action, or decisions based on ADRITHM's output.
Termination
By You
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of your billing period. We won't bill you again.
By Us
We can suspend or terminate if you violate these terms, breach data obligations, commit fraud, hack the platform, or are involved in illegal activity.
